Job Description
Western Care seeks experienced professionals to lead and support teams in County Mayo, promoting person-centered care and community engagement.
Person In Charge (PIC) x 2 positions
Residential Services, Ballina Area, Co. Mayo
Permanent, 39 hours per week
- Lead and develop a staff team to support individuals with complex needs
- Implement a Service Response Vision (SRV) approach to service provision
- Provide training and development for staff
- Lead innovation and change in a dynamic environment
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of HIQA requirements
- Proven experience working with individuals on the Autistic spectrum
- Resilience in working in the community
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Qualification Details:
- A minimum level 7-degree qualification in Social Care or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years managerial or supervisory experience in the social care sector
Other Requirements:
- Full driver's license and access to a car
- Irish Garda Vetting and Reference checks
Salary Scale: Social Care Leader Pay Scale (€50,670 to €59,546 per annum)
