**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Team Leader to lead and support the delivery of flexible, responsive, rights-based services to individuals with disabilities in their own homes. **Job Description:** St. Margarets Network is a rights-based service that works in partnership with adults with disabilities and their families/significant people in their lives. We support each individual to live a meaningful life of their choosing in their own home, at the heart of family, friends and their community. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and support the delivery of flexible, responsive, rights-based services to individuals with disabilities in their own homes * Work closely with individuals and their teams (circle of support) to understand their changing choices and needs * Develop and maintain positive professional relationships and circles of support that support individuals to live meaningful lives * Lead, mentor and support the Person Support Team to develop a relationship with each individual and support them to live a meaningful life * Ensure that each individual's voice and choice is central to their support plan **Requirements:** * 2 years' experience working in a similar capacity * Ability to actively sustain engagement with a person, building and maintaining relationships that support individuals to live meaningful lives * Ability to build trust, lead and motivate a team * Flexible, positive and solution-focused approach * High level of interpersonal and communication skills * High capacity for working autonomously and well-developed organisation and time management skills * Experience working in a HIQA regulated environment * High level of proficiency in spoken and written English * High levels of IT literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Full drivers license (B) **Desirable Qualifications:** * Knowledge of Social Role Valorisation (SRV) * Experience of Supported Self-Directed Living (SSDL) **Benefits Package:** * Flexible contracts and working hours * Intensive Induction and Mentoring Programme * Educational Scholarship Programme * Ongoing Learning and Development * Irish Sign Language Qualification * Job Diversity and Experience * Career Development * Contributory Pension Scheme * Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave * Employee Assistance Programme * Bike to Work Scheme * Life Insurance - Death in Service
