Job Description
Seeking a Personal Injury Legal Claims professional to manage a high volume portfolio of claims on a 9 month FTC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on litigation strategies, including third party involvement
- Achieve best settlement outcomes directly or with external legal teams
- Manage claims from assessing liability to reporting to the Head of Insurance Claims
- Liaise with plaintiff solicitors pre-litigation
- Stay up to date with recent court judgements on claims
Requirements:
- Solicitor or claims professional with 5+ years experience in Personal Injury and related claims
- Experience in Employers and Public Liability, Motor, Product claims
