My client, a well renowned Irish Institution are seeking a Personal Injury Legal Claims professional to join their team on a 9 month FTC. Supporting the Head of Insurance Claims the incumbent of the role will proactively manage a high volume portfolio of Personal Injury and related claims. Key Responsibilities advise on litigation strategies including any third party involvement Have the ability to achieve the best settlement outcomes either directly or in conjunction with external legal teams. Manage all the aspects of a claim from assessing liability, undertaking additional investigations, advising on appropriate reserves and reporting directly to the Head of Insurance Claims in relation to same. Liaise directly with plaintiff solicitors pre-litigation Keep up to date with all recent court judgements on claims to assist the business Requirements for the role You will be either a solicitor or a claims professional a professional working within legal claims with a minimum of 5 years experience of personal Injury and related claims including Employers and Public Liability, Motor, Product.
