Our client is an Irish owned well-established brokerage with offices around the country. They are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Executive to join the team in their Galway office. Responsibilities You will be responsible for working within the companies personal lines sector in their customer facing branch. Responsibilities for this role include looking after new business queries, existing business and end -to -end processes, giving the successful candidate great variety in their role. Working closely with clients, insurers and colleagues to communicate queries, instructions and changes between all parties, managing and maintaining information / documentation for prospects and clients. Working across all classes of personal insurance, generating leads, promoting products / services and working through databases Assisting with renewal of business in conjunction with the renewals team Occasionally assisting the front office with client queries on a face-to-face basis based on their personal insurance needs. Requirements 12 months experience within insurance across personal lines. APA qualified desirable. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask. Strong team player. Track record of upselling/lead generation also desirable. The company also offers training in insurance exams to help the successful candidate grow and develop.
