My client is a tech start up specialising in the pharmaceutical industry's supply chain. Our platform ensures regulatory compliance by verifying the authenticity of customers and suppliers.

Role:
We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable and experienced Pharma Business Manager to

expand our market presence in the Nordic and DACH countries.


The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in pharma and networking skills to develop new business opportunities and support the growth of our market presence in Ireland and the UK.

This role

requires experience in the pharma industry and the ability to work seamlessly with software solutions.

The successful candidate must share our core values and demonstrate strong

teamwork skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector
within the Nordic and DACH countries


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
pharmaceutical manufacturers and wholesalers.


  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive
landscape.


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and
business growth.


  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market
feedback to senior management.


  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote
our solutions.


  • Utilize excellent networking skills to expand our influence and reach
within the pharmaceutical industry.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a
related field.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain, quality
assurance, regulatory compliance, business development or a related

role within the pharmaceutical industry.


  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Willingness & ability to travel as needed primarily within Ireland and the UK.
  • Demonstrated alignment with company values and a strong team-oriented
mindset.
