Pharmacist Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team at McCabes Pharmacy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dispensary, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of pharmacists and support staff
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and control dispensary operations, including inventory management and budgeting
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a pharmacist
- PSI-approved pharmacy qualification and registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
