Job Description: Our client is a global pharmaceutical company with a portfolio of speciality brands and is seeking a highly experienced, passionate and resilient Pharmacy Sales Representative with a business owner mindset to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales and increasing the uptake of their speciality products in the Dublin area. Key Responsibilities: Promote and detail the value of their portfolio to target customers at pharmacy level in the greater Dublin region. Deliver sales targets by effectively communicating the value and the appropriate use of the brands and identify key opportunities to increase uptake of administration at pharmacy level Develop and execute robust account plans for the territory in collaboration with Cross Functional colleagues, to maximise account opportunities or overcome barriers to achieve successful account performance. Manage and develop all relevant accounts/customers in the territory, targeting and accessing customers in line with company strategy and individual customer needs. Utilising tools and resources that may include educational initiatives, MCM campaigns, volume based discount implementation etc. Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with customers and stakeholders by responding to their requests, inquiries and needs to ensure successful promotion at pharmacy level. Support wider company initiatives in the field as and when it is required. Role model clients values and expectations. Adhere to clients Code of Business Ethics, the IPHA Code of marketing practice for the pharmaceutical industry and in line with scientific engagement principles. Business Acumen: Analyse sales data and develop territory business plans to consistently grow the business Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Territory Partners, Sales lead, Marketing, Medical colleagues, and other functions within the company. Effectively manage allocated resources (e.g. financial) Work within compliance guidelines and company values Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with customers and stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure the successful promotion of the brands. Using this to then develop clear action plans to deliver results. Identify, target and develop all relevant accounts/customers in the territory, targeting and accessing customers in line with company strategy and individual customer needs. Work in collaboration with cross functional and cross therapy area colleagues, to maximise account opportunities or overcome barriers to achieve successful account performance. Provide clear and timely feedback to line manager and cross functional colleagues regarding outcomes of discussions and ongoing market developments. Accurately plan and spend a budget for events, meetings and other appropriate costs in the territory utilising available resources to deliver activities that drive return on investment and high impact. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science or related field. Proven track record working at pharmacy level with at least 5 years experience in the area Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics. Ability to travel as needed. Valid Drivers licence Desired Capabilities and Characteristics: Strong organizational skills to maintain a high level of productivity, innovation, and priority-setting to complete assignments on-time and on-budget. Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook and familiarity with CRM software (Veeva) Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills required. Demonstrated ability to identify unique sales opportunities and to perform tasks beyond designated responsibilities. Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills. Strong business planning skills and ability to multi-task. Can work independently and drive behaviour change through impactful selling.
