Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and ensure proper labelling and packaging, including blister packs.
• Provide advice and information to customers on the proper use of medications and other health-related products.
• Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and organizing inventory.
• Handle prescriptions, including checking for accuracy and liaising with healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescriptions.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.

Qualifications:

• A Pharmacy Technician qualification or significant experience as a dispenser.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of pharmacy software systems is an advantage.
