Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team on a maternity leave cover basis. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong commitment to customer service and excellent knowledge of pharmacy dispensary operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the pharmacist in dispensing prescription medications.
- Engaging with customers to provide helpful and informative service.
- Handling over-the-counter (OTC) medicines sales and queries.
- Managing stock levels and maintaining an organised dispensary.
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly, approachable manner.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy dispensary experience.
- Education: Pharmacy Technician qualification preferred.
- Skills:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong sales skills for over-the-counter (OTC) medicines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Personal Attributes:

- Reliable, proactive, and capable of handling customer interactions confidentially and professionally.
