Photocopier Technicians required. Full or Part Time positions available. We are looking for a Photocopier Technician. If you have an interest in machines and are mechanically minded, this role could be for you. General Skills: Good communication skills for providing continued exceptional customer service. Self-sufficient in performing duties with minimal supervision. Possession of a full, clean (Irish) driving license. Capable of providing both on-site and remote service support Copier Printer Skills: Previous experience in servicing and maintaining photocopiers/Printers / Scanners and related equipment. With expertise in installing, disassembling, and reassembling copiers and their components. Advanced problem-solving and diagnostic skills related to equipment issues. Ability to read and follow technical manuals. IT Skills: Proficient in recognizing PC-to-printer connectivity. Knowledgeable about network operations (e.g., adding or deleting network printers). Competent in downloading and installing printer drivers on end-user equipment. Capable of performing printer mapping to PCs as required. Experienced in device configuration (e.g., setting IP addresses, scanning templates, user access levels, scan-to-file/email functions). Able to monitor and apply current software updates and patches, both onsite and remotely. Strong computer skills, including an understanding of computer networks and software programs. Location: We are based and focused in Connacht. Additional Perks: Company-provided van.
