Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled GPU Architect to design, implement, and optimize the performance and power of GPU cores.
Key responsibilities include building functional modeling simulations, evaluating process technology nodes, developing semi-custom circuit solutions, and enhancing software and tools.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant GPU experience
- 1+ year of work experience in a technical leadership role with direct reports
- Experience with PNR/Synthesis tools, flows, and methodologies, SOC Design implementation/methodology, process technology, circuit design, STA timing, power analysis, and semi-custom design flow and methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align on important areas of feature development with cross-functional teams
- Develop high-quality GPU systems that balance power with performance and meet industry standards
- Design, program, and run comprehensive graphics tests to verify functionality, performance, and power
- Conduct complex analyses of test results to track benchmarks and identify issues
- Collaborate with internal and external users to guide implementation and ensure alignment with their needs and goals
- Contribute to conversations to generate new ideas for next-generation graphics
- Write clear and detailed technical documentation and feature descriptions for complex projects
