Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Physical Security Systems Program Manager to lead the design, installation, and integration of security systems equipment. The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of experience in managing regional and/or global physical security systems, advanced knowledge of security integrators, and certification in S2 or Lenel Access Control Systems. The role requires excellent project management skills, technical leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Physical Security Systems Program Manager will supervise the compliance of physical security standards, manage physical security projects, and serve on cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of security technology, be innovative, highly organized, and able to deliver results on time and within budget. The role is responsible for observing physical security standards and programs that support the goals of the Global Physical Security Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in prioritizing tasks effectively and working seamlessly across organizational boundaries. The Physical Security Systems Program Manager will provide technical leadership for large-scale security engineering projects, coordinate security system design specifications and change management between internal teams and external vendors. The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to build and deploy training programs for all users of physical security systems. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of AWS infrastructure and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver the highest standards for safety and security.
