Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a full-time Picker & Packer to assist with processing customer orders.
No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop new skills and grow within a supportive company.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, carefully packed, and shipped on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Picking:
Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
Verify the accuracy of the items picked against the order list.
Packing:
Carefully pack items for shipment, ensuring all products are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Label packages correctly and prepare them for courier collection.
Stock Management:
Assist with checking stock levels and replenishing inventory as needed.
Help maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
Basic Computer Use:
Use basic computer systems to track orders, print shipping labels, and update order statuses.
Ensure that all order data is accurately entered into the system.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
Communicate with the team to resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders.
Qualifications:
Skills: Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with email and order management systems.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring orders are correct and packaged properly.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move packages.
