Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of farm management from breeding to Farrowing, Weaner, and finisher Departments, ensuring optimal reproductive performance Manage the farrowing process, ensuring the health and well-being of sows and piglets Lead the management of pigs in the growing phase, focusing on optimal growth rates and health Implement nutrition programs, monitor feed conversion, and oversee environmental conditions Coordinate routine health checks and interventions as needed Lead and supervise a dedicated team, providing guidance, training, and support Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to achieve production targets Maintain accurate records of breeding activities, daily tasks, and key performance indicators Monitor animal health and welfare, implementing preventive measures and responding promptly to health challenges Foster effective communication within the team and collaborate with other farm departmentsRequirements: Proven experience 3+ years in pig farming with expertise in Breeding, Farrowing, or Growers management Strong leadership and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of swine management practices, health protocols, and industry best practices Problem-solving abilities and proactive farm management approach Effective communication skills, both verbal and written (Fluent English as a first or second language) Location: Co.
