Key Responsibilities:
- Hold a Town Planning Qualification accredited by the Irish Planning Institute.
- Have relevant experience in the planning sector.
- Be passionate, committed, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and client management skills.
- For senior roles, experience in managing complex projects is preferred.
- Have a strong knowledge of Irish planning legislation and high commercial awareness.
- Be a member of a relevant Planning Institute.
