Job Description: Experienced construction planner sought to lead project planning, schedule management, and risk analysis for a leading building contractor.

With comprehensive expertise across Data Centers, Pharma/Life Sciences, Industrial, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors, the company is poised for continued growth.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules, incorporating all phases of construction activities, and collaborate with project managers to establish realistic timelines and milestones.
- Schedule Management: Prepare and present programmes and schedules associated with bids and tenders, and monitor and update project schedules regularly to reflect changes in scope, resources, and timelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to gather information for schedule development, and communicate schedule-related information to stakeholders.
- Risk Analysis: Conduct risk assessments related to project schedules and propose mitigation strategies, anticipating potential delays and developing contingency plans.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project schedules, progress, and potential issues, providing recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a Main Contractor
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a planner or scheduler in the construction industry
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
