Access Talent Group are recruiting for a Planner for one of the biggest contractors in Ireland working on exciting large scale projects in Galway or Dublin.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather relevant information for planning.
Analyse and assess project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Planner in large-scale construction projects.
Proficient in using planning software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
