The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, and proven experience as a Planner in large-scale construction projects. Proficiency in planning software and tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are also required.
