The Role
Our clients' Planning & Environment team advise state bodies, banks, developers, and engineers on an extensive range of planning and environment matters. The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:
- Acting for clients in contentious matters
- Advising on judicial reviews arising out of infrastructure projects, planning injunctions, and oral hearings
- Advising on the preparation of planning applications
- Advising on Environmental Impact Assessments and Natura Impact Statements
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
Qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland or England and Wales with 4+ years PQE in Planning and Environment law
Skills:
Excellent communication and research skills
Strong technical and drafting skills
Commercial focus
