Applications are invited for the position of Planning Officer, based in South Dublin The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a range of projects across the extraction, manufacturing, energy, and waste sectors. Reporting to the Director of Planning, Environment, and Property, the role will involve: Managing planning application projects for various developments, including extraction, manufacturing, and waste. Overseeing consultants involved in preparing planning applications, waste licenses, and trade discharge licenses. Reviewing and editing technical reports related to planning applications, Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIAR), Appropriate Assessment (AA), waste license applications, and trade discharge. Providing guidance on planning compliance within the company. Ideal candidates will possess: A degree in planning or a related field. Knowledge of the Irish planning system and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) regulations. Strong report writing skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
