This is a permanent role.Duties:Interact with Company Projects Teams on the phone and on email, regarding hire orders and quotationsCreate hire contracts based on the Company Project requirementsWork closely with the Operations Manager on all activitiesEffectively interact with other departments including logistics, accounts and the workshop to ensure the customers’ needs are fulfilledContinuously develop product knowledge of our fleet whilst keeping up to date with changes and advancementsInput data accurately on the in-house (Syrinx) systemRequired/Desirable Skills:Previous experience of Plant and Machinery is a distinct advantageCustomer Service experienceStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenWork on own initiativeAbility to work as part of a team and support colleaguesAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFlexible and reliableHighly IT proficientExcellent attention to detailWhat Murphy Ireland offers in return:Competitive salary and benefitsDiscretionary annual bonus and annual salary reviewAbove market rate contributory pension scheme available from day one27 days annual leave per annum.
