Plant and Tool Hire Manager - Full-time, Permanent ?? Location: Limerick ?? Days: 5 days over 6 (2 Saturdays out of every 4) ?? Reports to: Area Manager ?? Direct Reports: 2 ?? Start Date: ASAP About the Company: We're partnering with a top company in the construction industry, known for delivering high-quality plant and tool hire services. They're expanding and looking for an experienced Plant and Tool Hire Manager to join their busy team in Limerick. The Role: As the Plant and Tool Hire Manager, you'll be the go-to person for day-to-day operations, managing a small team (2 people) and ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You'll also work closely with the Area Manager and be a key part of this fast-growing operation. What You'll Do: ? Manage the plant and tool hire operation, keeping equipment in top condition. ? Lead and motivate your team of 2 direct reports. ? Help customers find the right equipment for their projects. ? Stay on top of stock levels, repairs, and deliveries. ? Ensure smooth operations alongside the Branch Manager. ? Organise staff schedules, working 2 Saturdays every 4 weeks (with a midweek day off). ? Keep health and safety standards on point. What You'll Need: ?? Previous experience in plant and tool hire. ?? Strong leadership skills for managing a small team. ?? Great organisational skills and ability to multitask. ??
