We're working with a leading name in the construction industry, and they are looking for a Plant & Tool Hire Manager to join their fast-growing team! Why This Role? Be at the heart of daily operations, lead a small but dynamic team, and work closely with the Branch Manager. You'll ensure smooth, efficient processes and top-tier customer service in a role that offers growth and responsibility. What You'll Do: Lead & Manage: Oversee plant and tool hire operations, and guide a team of 2. Maintain Excellence: Ensure equipment is in top condition, manage stock, repairs, and deliveries. Support Customers: Help clients find the right tools for their projects. Team Coordination: Organise schedules, work 2 Saturdays every 4 weeks (with a midweek day off). Health & Safety: Uphold top health and safety standards in the workplace. What You'll Need: Experience: Previous background in plant and tool hire. Leadership: Strong skills in leading and motivating a small team. Customer-Focused: Great customer service and organisational skills.
