The Role:
Actively promote a safe working environment, develop the production plan to maximise return to the business, and contribute to the overall production strategy.
Monitor production performance against budget through agreed KPIs, drive efficiencies, and lead a culture of continuous improvement.
Support the people agenda at the plant, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and employee engagement.
The Person:
Minimum 5 years' Plant Management experience, excellent knowledge of H&S and compliance, Lean Manufacturing, and construction manufacturing experience.
