Platform Engineer II-1 Job Description: Support File Transfers for MasterCard, ensuring secure and timely delivery, resolving issues, and communicating with customers and internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Configure File Transfers for MasterCard, working with Vendor Products and MasterCard developed solutions.
- Provide day-to-day support functions for File Transfers, including frequent communication with Customers and Internal Support Teams.
- Establish connectivity for File Transfers in support of our application teams.
- Communicate with our customers on the requirements for setting up file transfers.
- Ensure timeliness of delivery of the transfers and resolve any type of issues.
**Requirements:**
- Knowledge of Secure File transfer protocols and data encoding.
- Working knowledge of Certificates in support of the transfers.
- Working knowledge of Connect:Direct.
- Knowledge of Sterling B2B Integrator a plus.
**Corporate Security Responsibility:**
- Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices.
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed.
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach.
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
