Desired skills:Platform Engineer, DevOps, Cloud, SRE, Site Reliability EngineerWe are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Platform Engineer to join our client's team in Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the infrastructure and platforms that support our applications and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps, and security, to ensure our systems are scalable, reliable, and secure.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructureDevelop automation scripts and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventionMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliabilityImplement best practices for security, monitoring, and complianceRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field3+ years experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or related rolesProficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPStrong knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash)Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormationIf you are interested in this role then please apply directly below or get in touch with Meghan Dodd at Reperio Human Capital on +353 1 571 3000.
