Have you a passion for Selling and want to work with a leading Plumbing Supplier based in either Cork or Kerry? I am recruiting for a full time and permanent Plumbing Sales Manager and this could be your opportunity to join my clients successful and vibrant sales team. This is a full time and permanent role. My client supply building materials in the Munster area and in line with business growth, they now require an additional Plumbing Sales Manager to join their successful team. As the Plumbing Sales Manager, you will work in conjunction with the plumbing department to identify market opportunities, manage key accounts, build relationships with both internal and external customers and work to improve all levels of customer service within the organisation. Your duties will include; Maintain, develop and build on current relationships with plumbing installers, builders and all customers Build on new and existing products, competitor products and other general market information Identify projects, and work with the sales team to convert sales Maintain activity records and reports on all administration of key accounts Maintain contact with customers in person, by telephone and via email in accordance with a structured call plan Provide technical support services to customers as appropriate Research customer needs and satisfaction feedback Ensure that complaints are followed up and that satisfactory solutions are obtained for both parties Deliver training presentations, demonstrations and information sessions within your team As the ideal candidate you will have a background in Building and Construction or a similar industry. You will be very technically minded with 2 to 3 years sales experience in the industry.
