PMO Analyst 6 month contract Dublin city centre/Remote Key responsibilities: Project manage in-flight projects. Manage these projects through the companies service introduction process, liaising with Group stakeholders Coordinate with the business analyst and solution architect working on each of these inflight projects Work with the key business stakeholders to ensure all business readiness activities are complete Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and complete weekly/monthly reporting Writing options and decision papers Additional responsibilities: Support the portfolio manager in portfolio planning, resource management, and project plans Project management of new projects Skills / Experience: Project management Excellent communication Stakeholder management Digital IT projects Reporting structures: Report into the Portfolio Manager Skills: PMO Analyst digital
