Policy Enforcement Manager
Enforce YouTube's harmful and dangerous content policies, ensuring high-quality policy enforcement and reducing potentially harmful content.
As a key member of the Trust & Safety team, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to prevent violative content from appearing on the site.
Develop creative solutions to address quality, workflows, and processes, and review decisions about the appropriateness of different content.
Collaborate with a global team to enhance the YouTube experience, build internet safety, and protect free speech in the ever-evolving digital world.

Responsibilities:
- Enforce YouTube's harmful and dangerous content policies
- Research and stay up to date on key trends and operation patterns creating a threat to platform safety
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate initiatives to the broader organization
- Analyze, identify, prioritize and deliver strategies to reduce potentially harmful content
- Manage escalations while ensuring high-quality enforcement and clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders
