Key responsibilities:

- Manage policies for corporate clients, following company procedures.
- Achieve first-time resolution in client communication.
- Build professional relationships with external clients and manage markets effectively.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in Policy Management or customer-focused administration.
- Experience in a pressurized environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Experience in a customer and quality-focused environment.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
