Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of public areas
- Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting staff with setup and furniture movement
- Handle reception duties, such as booking theatre tickets and making restaurant reservations
- Respond to customer requests and provide exceptional customer service
- Run errands and ensure customer safety
