The Porter/Postroom role is part of the Facilities and Document Management team, with responsibility among other things of carrying out all tasks associated with supporting the running of the Post Room and Porter activity. Due to the nature of the role, it will be a fully onsite role with no opportunity for hybrid working. This is akey support role for a busy department and requires a high level of organisation and administrative skills. Responsibilities: Managing all Internal mail Managing all External Mail from An Post and the branch network Supporting the imaging departments by ensuring all post is managed with high levels of attention to detail is critical. Supporting all Porter activity; ranging from Internal moves, meeting room set ups, facilities support and daily administration and branch runs. Requirements: Full Clean Driving License is Essential - role will require driving of company vans/vehicles Previous administrative experience Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail and organisational skills Communication skills to liaise with different departments and internal customers This is a permanent position based in St Stephen's Green and is fully onsite with no hybrid option.
