Job Description

Our client is one of Ireland's largest Insurance Brokers and they are seeking a Portfolio Manager to join their team in Dublin. In this role, you will work closely with the Portfolio Director to set budgets, analyse performance, and implement plans to ensure products meet financial and strategic objectives. Responsibilities include conducting continuous competitive analysis, identifying revenue opportunities, and managing key performance indicators. Building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners, such as insurers and brokers, and ensuring schemes are optimally positioned in the market will also be key. To be considered, you must have a CIP qualification and solid technical knowledge of insurance products. Excellent numerical and communication skills, a strong understanding of insurance markets, and a network of industry contacts are essential. In return, you will receive a salary of up to €85K, based on experience, along with a performance-related bonus, pension contribution, and the option to work from home up to 2 days per week.
