Key Responsibilities of the Possession Planner include:
- Planning and delivering access requirements in accordance with regulations
- Representing Alstom at access review, planning, and production meetings
- Ensuring sub-contractors Safe system of work packs meet Alstom's standards
- Reviewing work content with the project management team and client to ensure access plans are suitable
- Planning, developing and delivering ALO plans while ensuring compliance with ALO regulations
- Writing shift reports to a high standard for audit compliance
Essential Requirements:
- Knowledge of railway geography and access capability and requirements
- Valid PTS certificate
- Knowledge of possession standards and parameters
- Education to degree standard or equivalent experience
Desirable:
- Commercial awareness
- Knowledge of HSE requirements
- Management of standard possession worksites
