The appointee will actively contribute to scientific discussions, create a supportive work environment, and be responsible for developing a comprehensive theory of spin coherence in molecular materials. This involves designing novel software integrating ab initio methods and open quantum systems theory, collaborating with experimental collaborators, and publishing papers in high-impact journals.
