Job Description

Join the AWS Power Solutions Team (IET) as a Power Analyst to help evaluate and support strategic projects that align with Amazon's decarbonization goals. Collaborate with internal and external partners to progress initiatives that re-shape our energy solutions.

  • Support technical analyses and business cases for strategic projects and energy modelling solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on program management and reporting across power projects.
  • Develop and oversee process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and team effectiveness.
  • Support contract management and design automated reporting solutions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience building strong working relationships and possessing strong organization and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' demonstrated understanding of core financial concepts
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Power Systems, Energy, Statistics
  • 2+ years' experience with contract management
  • 2+ years' experience working for utilities and with or for energy regulators
