Job Description

Power Platform Functional Consultant: Collaborate with clients to define business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand and define their business processes and requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Assist in testing solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end users.
  • Ensure user documentation is in place.
  • Adhere to Company ISO standards and systems for all client communication.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business analysis or information technology.
  • Minimum of three years in a business analyst or functional consultant role.
  • In-depth experience with Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to translate complex business processes into functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience of gathering and managing requirements and user stories on Azure Dev Ops or similar.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple project requirements at the same time.
