PR Executive Location: Dublin 3 Salary: €45K Our client is seeking aPR Executive to join our growing marketing team, working from our vibrant office in Dublin 3. You will be responsible for creating engaging content across a variety of channels, ensuring the company is positioned as a trusted partner in Employment Law and Health & Safety. In this role, youll manage the company's public image cohesively to align with PR and marketing objectives. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Write press releases, comments, blogs, and advice columns for industry, regional, and national publications. Draft thought leadership pieces from senior stakeholders for regular contributions to national and international publications. Manage employee engagement and internal communications, including newsletters, blogs, and intranet posts. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive media coverage for product launches. Build and maintain strong networks with industry professionals and journalists. Research and identify new media and PR opportunities to elevate the companys profile. Monitor industry trends affecting clients, offering recommendations for PR opportunities around them. Support senior stakeholders in preparing for media and speaking engagements. Ensure all written content is on brief, meets deadlines, and adheres to quality standards. Monitor and report on media coverage, providing insights to the team and stakeholders. Help coordinate charity partnerships and communicate fundraising activities to employees. Essential Criteria Minimum of two years experience in PR, either in-house, agency, or as a journalist. Proven media relations experience with the ability to build relationships with key contacts and journalists. Track record of delivering successful PR outcomes, measured through brand awareness and media coverage. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Strong interpersonal skills; confident and professional communication across all levels. Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with digital PR tools. Exceptional copywriting skills. Creativity, enthusiasm, curiosity, and a passion for continuous improvement. Strong organisational and time management skills.
