The National Blood Centre is seeking a Practice Development Coordinator to provide strategic leadership to the Practice Development team in the Nursing Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing clinical practice within the service, based on best international practice and within the IBTS Quality Management System.
The role requires a registered nurse with a relevant third-level degree and at least seven years of post-registration experience, including three years at a minimum CNM II grade.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of managing and delivering change in a complex environment, critical analysis and effective clinical decision-making skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The salary scale for this position is the Assistant Director of Nursing scale, with a competitive annual salary.
