Job Description
We are seeking a Practice Manager to efficiently manage the Coombe Family Practice and its finances, ensuring the well-being of patients, doctors, and staff.
The Practice Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice, including managing staff, finances, and patient care.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
The Practice Manager will work closely with the practice team to ensure the smooth running of the practice and the delivery of high-quality patient care.
The role will involve:
- Managing the practice's finances, including budgeting and financial planning
- Leading and managing a team of staff, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
- Ensuring the practice is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient care and practice efficiency
The Practice Manager will be based in the Rialto Primary Care Centre and will be responsible for the overall management of the practice.
The salary for this role is €69,226 - €80,894 per annum, and the appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.
