Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Clinic Practice Manager to oversee the efficient day-to-day operations of our doctor's clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a background in healthcare management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal patient care.
- Supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and medical assistants.
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments, x-rays, and other medical procedures.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Oversee billing, coding, and insurance claim processes for accurate and timely submissions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experience and streamline services.
- Monitor and manage clinic resources, including medical supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular staff training to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, resolving conflicts when necessary.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and implement improvements to enhance clinic efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field.
- Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management.
- Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and insurance procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficient in computer applications, including electronic health record systems.
