Experienced Practice Nurse required for a GP General Practice Surgery in Galway City.
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced GP surgery environment.
- Work collaboratively with the medical team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of practice experience.
- Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
