Seeking a skilled Pre Construction Engineer/Bid Writer with expertise in crafting compelling proposal documents and collaborating with technical specialists to tailor responses for tender requests.
Role Responsibilities:
- Generate top-tier proposal documents by orchestrating and crafting captivating content, refining technical jargon for clarity and persuasion.
- Ensure adherence to corporate brand guidelines and bid management protocols, establishing and maintaining a comprehensive database of case studies, templates, and CVs.
- Collaborate closely with technical specialists to tailor responses for tender requests, conducting interviews across all organizational levels to glean insights on value propositions.
- Foster robust working relationships across all organizational echelons to promote seamless collaboration and information exchange.
- Assess tender requirements and formulate compelling responses that aptly address client needs, infusing proposals with company values, vision, and culture.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related fields.
- Prior experience in construction/engineering preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail in content creation and editing.
- Familiarity with the construction industry and corporate procedures valued.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required, familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud desirable.
