Pre-Sales Enterprise ArchitectDepartment: SalesEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: DublinReporting To: John Roddy DescriptionThis role will play a pivotal role in shaping and securing large-scale IT deals that align with our strategic objectives. This position requires a blend of technical prowess, customer engagement, and commercial acumen to design and deliver compelling solutions that meet our clients' complex requirements. The role will report into the group commercial director and work closely with him and the sales team to win new business in a pre-sales capacity. The role will represent the full stack of Microsoft solutions offerings to prospects, upstream, and existing customers. Identify, create and help sell opportunities to new customers with sellers. Identify, create and help cross-sell opportunities to existing customers.Key Responsibilities Pre-sales – Enterprise Architect – assist sellers on customer meetings, proposals and presentations and define what a solution will look like. Work 50% of time on health sector key ask to get Microsoft cloud for health badge and other relevant accreditation. Work with sellers on upstream activity in strategic initiatives Targeted on group bookings and billings number. Help develop, articulate, and position our technical solutions and services across the full Microsoft stack to new and existing clients. Oversee the creation of innovative deal structures, integrating technical and commercial considerations to enhance proposal attractiveness and feasibility. Engage directly with key stakeholders to negotiate and finalise deal terms, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and client satisfaction. Provide thought leadership and strategic direction in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies. Cultivate strong client relationships through strategic consultation and continuous engagement during the sales cycle. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt strategies that maintain competitive advantage and market leadership. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and organisational guidelines throughout the deal process. This role will involve working across multiple Geographies, including Ireland, NI, UK and the US.
