Salesforce's SMB EMEA Technical Architect works closely with customers to drive digital transformation, providing expert guidance on technology strategy and platform capabilities. Key responsibilities include developing relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs, presenting Salesforce technology infrastructure, and conducting architecture and technical workshops. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise software applications, database fundamentals, and cloud-based platforms, as well as excellent communication and relationship skills. The ideal candidate is a lifelong learner, passionate about technology and sharing knowledge, with a strong ability to support multiple projects and travel occasionally. Preferred requirements include experience working as an architect, solution engineer, or IT consultant, as well as knowledge of the Salesforce platform and certification.
