**Salesforce Pre-Sales Technical Architect for SMB** A skilled technical expert is needed to work with Salesforce's Small & Medium Business (SMB) customers, driving digital transformation and supporting sales teams to win new business. **Job Description** We're seeking a seasoned technical architect to join our pre-sales team, working closely with customers to tackle complex technical challenges and provide tailored solutions that meet their business and IT needs. As a trusted advisor, you'll develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs, and collaborate with our sales and solution engineering teams to deliver successful implementations. **Responsibilities:** * Work with EMEA SMB customers to understand their technical challenges and provide innovative solutions using the full portfolio of Salesforce products. * Develop relationships with C-level executives and their teams, providing expert advice on integrating Salesforce into their technology strategy. * Conduct architecture and technical workshops, providing actionable recommendations that align with clients' business objectives. * Handle customer technical due diligence and risk management processes. * Translate business requirements into solution architectures and roadmaps that leverage the Salesforce platform and products. * Participate in training and certification programs to maintain knowledge and expertise. * Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including alliances, sales programs, product marketing, and more. **Requirements:** * Ability to understand business and IT department requirements and present solutions to executive and technical audiences. * Deep knowledge of enterprise software applications, including databases, web and mobile application development, application lifecycle management, and more. * Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms, including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and multi-tiered infrastructure. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with executive audiences. * Strategic thinking, leadership skills, and comfort communicating complex technical concepts. **Preferred Requirements:** * Experience working as an architect, solution engineer, or developer in a customer-facing role, providing differentiated software technology solutions. * Understanding of risk mitigation, compliance, and security principles. * Experience with design thinking, innovation techniques, and industry-specific expertise. * Knowledge of the Salesforce platform and certifications. **Salesforce Values:** * We believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world. * We're committed to creating a workforce that reflects society through inclusive programs and initiatives. * We're an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer, welcoming all qualified applicants.
