What you'll doSupport premium customers through their S/4HANA transformation journey to ensure smooth and successful service delivery outcomes and safeguard critical projects.Work closely with one of many large global customers as part of our Premium Engagement - MaxAttention program service delivery.Address critical customer situations in your area of expertise to resolve any go-live or production-down issues.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your area of expertise, ensuring and providing quality assurance for key design decision reviews, and supporting customers and partners during the build phase.Apply your techno-functional skills to solve customer design and build issues or challenges.Align internally with different SAP product teams on product roadmaps to ensure customers select the most appropriate paths during their implementation or upgrade life cycles.Advise customers on best practices and most optimal approaches related to your supported SAP product areas during customer implementations.Review customer design, ensuring they follow SAP best practices to achieve successful outcomes and mitigate risks associated with excessive enhancements or customizations.Apply your programming and debugging skills in specific scenarios to address issues.What you bringExtensive experience with the SAP Project System module.Experience with SAP Financial Accounting (FI) Asset Accounting.Experience with Funds Management and Controlling (CO) integrations is an advantage.Experience with other Financial Accounting (FI) modules is an advantage.Experience with Investment Management is an advantage.Experience with S/4HANA transformation, including conversion, new implementation, and selective data transition.Experience with ABAP programming or, at a minimum, debugging skills.Former or current SAP Integrated Management Services (IMS) or Development experience is an advantage.Graduated with an Honours Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.Excellent customer focus, teamwork, and communication skills, both oral and written.Fluency in written and spoken English.Valid work permit for the European Union (EU).Benefits & Location: We commit to flexible working schedules around business requirements and individual needs.
