What you'll do The Premium Hub CoE (Center of Expertise) Ireland is an organization that focuses on delivering desired outcomes and experiences for our customers globally through premium advisory, support, and services. Contribute technical and functional expertise to deliver a portfolio of services that drive value creation through a combination of best practices, tools, knowledge, and experience. Provide onsite and remote Process Consultancy via project engineering, assessment, and safeguarding services from SAP's best practice solutions. Develop expertise with SAP’s products and technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, Data Management, Analytics, Security, Hybrid Cloud, Intelligent Technologies, IBP, Finance (FICO) and more. Enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions at their maximum potential with optimal TCO (total cost of ownership). Work directly with the world’s largest customers in various industries. Engage in new challenges in an exciting and growing organization. What you'll bring Proficiency in some programming languages: JAVA, ABAP, Python, SQL, R, C# etc. Excellent analytical skills with a flair for detailed technical thinking and root cause analysis. Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly in a Global Environment. Desire for continuous self-improvement, learning, and mentoring. Willingness to travel abroad for Customer and Internal requests (infrequent). Ability to work under pressure in critical situations and tight deadlines. High Customer focus and Customer facing skills (Handling customer escalations). Strong Communication / Presentation skills (MS Teams), bringing a proactive approach within a digital environment. Honours degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics, Science or similar. Knowledgeable in at least one SAP technology in the SAP Business Technology Platform or SAP Business Application.
