As a member of our team, you'll work closely with clients to deliver high-quality services and solutions that meet their needs.
- Deliver onsite and remote services from the Premium Engagement portfolio
- Advise clients on SAP's Best Practices
- Analyze and optimize business processes
- Provide root cause analysis and solutions
- Guide clients through implementation projects
- Deliver services for Max Attention, Active Embedded, and Mission Critical Support
You'll also serve as a De-Escalation Architect during emergencies, using your expertise to resolve complex issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- More than five years of experience in SAP Consulting within the Oil and Gas industry, focusing on the IS-OIL Solution
- Deep industry expertise and extensive knowledge of SAP IS-Oil Solutions
- Ability to assist clients on their Digital Transformation journey through S/4 HANA
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong leadership and engagement skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
